Shipping policy

Dispatch time
Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched on the same day or next day, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change the delivery address. We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses.

Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on orders over £200 within Europe and UK. 

All other orders carry the following delivery charges

  DPD or Royal Mail (Next Day Standard Delivery), 1-2 days

• Europe
  DPD Express or Royal Mail, 3-4 days 
  £15.99
• Rest of the World
  Various Partners, 5-10 days  
• £24.99-£49.99

All deliveries are tracked and sometimes a signature will be required upon delivery. We offer an On Demand Delivery service which allows you to choose specific delivery options to suit you. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and/or text message with your options.

Handling and Customs
Any goods exported outside of UK will be subject to custom fees, VAT and a handling charge from the courier. These are not included in the delivery cost and are the responsibility of the receiver.
